Rosenberg Law Prevails in Levine v. Creative Change Counseling, Forest Woodley, and Sylvia Bell-Woodley.

Judge Doyle of the King County Superior Court recently found that the defendants in this case had demoted and then fired Ms. Levine because she was Jewish and Gay. The court awarded front pay, back pay, emotional distress damages and attorney fees. After three years of litigation, Ms. Levine finally has a chance to obtain closure.
