Rosenberg Law Group prevails in Kumar v. Gate Gourmet.

After three years of litigation, including a successful trip to the Supreme Court, the case was resolved between the parties. The Plaintiffs feel that they have been given the resources to pursue their healing. This case made law in the State of Washington by requiring that employers now reasonably accommodate the religious beliefs of their employees. That is a great victory for the civil rights of all Washingtonians. We can only hope that Gate Gourmet continues on its path of treating its employees with the respect and dignity that they deserve.
