Some attorneys will do anything to win.  Lie, cheat, steal.  In this case, the attorney took it up a notch.  Faced with a guilty client and a better attorney, he turned opposing counsel into the Bar Association on a frivolous claim.  While the Bar had little interest in the matter, it did force opposing counsel off of the case.Many consumers like their attorneys to be rough and tumble types. However, in reality that approach rarely works.  Obtaining an attorney who is competent is far more important.  Don’t let big talking overly aggressive attorneys impress you.  Look for someone with a proven track record of litigating.
