Injured on the Job? Now what?

If you are injured on the job Washington’s Industrial Insurance Act, often referred to as L&I, is intended to help you receive the benefits you deserve to help you during the recovery from your injury and with any permanent impairment you may suffer.   • Benefits to compensate you for lost wages.
  • Benefits to provide for vocational rehabilitation services.
  • Benefits providing for permanent partial and permanent total impairment whether you can return to work or not.
