Choose Your Lawyer Carefully

Seattle Litigation Group successfully defeated a pro hac vice motion. The proposed lawyer for defendant claimed he was an attorney “by licensure and education.”  However, our investigation proved otherwise. King County Superior Court Judge Mafe Rajul denied his motion determining that he was not a member of the bar in any U.S. state, territory or District of Columbia.  Make sure your lawyer is properly licensed to practice law in your jurisdiction. Unlicensed lawyers lack the minimum requirements necessary to represent your important legal matter and can cause harm to the public.  They are not eligible to obtain malpractice insurance and any mistakes made fall solely on them making it difficult to collect.
